Fearless Rock Underwater Memorial

Will Stevens a former resident of Hot Springs and employee of North Little Rock's Access Health Services founded the world's first underwater memorial inspired by Navy Seal Adam Brown. Adam Brown was also from Hot Springs, Arkansas and died protectiing our Country in Afghanistan. The underwater memorial is located in Lake Quachita in Arkansas.
